Important information regarding Official Degree/Diploma Certificate and Academic Transcript.
- The printing of the Graduate’s name on the document is based on the existing record (as shown in the MyOUM portal>Student Profile). A fee will be imposed for reprinting the documents in case of any corrections to the information.
- Degree/Diploma Certificates and Academic Transcript will be distributed to the Graduates after returning the Academic Attire in good condition. Please ensure to settled all outstanding payments before claiming your certificate.
- Graduates are advised to safely keep your certificates as replacement will not be issued.
- For Graduates who not attending MK27, you can collect your certificates via:

Collection by representative
- Please complete the representative claim form here
- The form must be signed by a witness, who should be a civil servant holding a Grade A position or a Commissioner for Oaths.
- Please attach a copy of identification documents (applicant and representative) along with the form and submit them to OUM personnel during the claiming process.
- OUM reserves the right to reject any application that is incomplete.
- Collection on behalf of graduates by representatives and postal deliveries are strongly discouraged due to security and confidentiality reasons. Additionally, there is no guarantee that the document will reach the graduate's hands. OUM will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of the document.
