Procedure Returning Academic Robe & Collection Of Scroll And Transcript

Step 1

Remove academic robe in the lobby of Level 3, WTC.

Please prepare your IC for data verification.

Step 2

Submit your identification card at the Robe Return Counter in the Redang Room. Place the academic attire items into the designated box

Step 3

Submit your identification card at the Transcript & Scroll Counter in the Redang Room

to claim your Transcript and Scroll

Important Information During Returning Of Robe

  1. Please adhere to the schedule for returning academic attire.
  2. Please take note that you are not allowed to return the Academic attire at the Learning Center.
  3. A penalty will be imposed for damaged or lost academic attire.
  4. If the robe is to be returned through a representative, he or she must bring along a photocopy of the graduate’s identity the card student card for confirmation.
  5. Transcripts and scrolls will only be handed out after academic attire is returned in good and complete condition.

27th Convocation Ceremony will be held on 14 – 17 October 2023 (Saturday – Tuesday) at Merdeka Hall, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL).
