Procedure Returning Academic Robe & Collection Of Scroll And Transcript

Important Information During Returning Of Robe

  1. Please adhere to the schedule for returning academic attire.
  2. Please take note that you are not allowed to return the Academic attire at the Learning Center.
  3. A penalty will be imposed for damaged or lost academic attire.
  4. If the robe is to be returned through a representative, he or she must bring along a photocopy of the graduate’s identity the card student card for confirmation.
  5. Transcripts and scrolls will only be handed out after academic attire is returned in good and complete condition.
