Congratulations to all OUM graduates!

For your information, the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) has a database to store information on graduates in the country. It requires all institutions of higher learning (HEIs) to carry out Graduate Tracer Study during their convocations.

The purpose of this study is to measure the perceptions of graduates towards academic programmes and systems of learning at HEIs and obtain information on their employability, marketability, and career progression. The MOHE has prepared a survey form for this purpose and all graduates are REQUIRED to complete the form online before the convocation.

The survey can be accessed through the Tracer Study Portal starting from 25 September 2023 (Monday) until 13 October 2023 (Friday)

Please refer to the steps below on how to fill in and submit the survey:

1. Enter the GREaT portal through this link great.mohe.gov.my
2. On the main page, scroll down and click on SKPG.
3. In the Log In area,
   • Change the language by pressing the flag tab on the top right-hand corner
   • Fill in the details as shown in the EXAMPLE.
     • Identification Card / Passport / Army Number: 960900124350
     • Institution Name: OPEN UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA
4. Click “Login”.
5. Fill in the form according to the instructions shown.
6. After submitting the form, keep the receipt as proof of completing the survey.
