Congratulations to All Graduates

Congratulations on your success in completing your studies at OUM. You made great strides throughout your journey towards receiving a scroll, and what is more extraordinary, you completed your studies while the country was facing the Covid-19 pandemic.

You still have a long way to go in life. The knowledge which has been acquired must be used purposefully for the benefit of self, family, society, and country. Your success today is most meaningful for OUM in its efforts to enculturate lifelong learning in society. Congratulations and kudos for becoming a part of the OUM alumni family!

Convocation SOP

  1. The convocation will be held according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) outlined by the Ministry of Higher Education and National Security Council and is subject to their latest directives
  2. SOP will also include procedures and directives outlined by WTCKL.
  3. Graduates and Guests are required to show their digital vaccination certificates in the MySejahtera app at the WTCKL entrance and before entering the Hall. Only Graduates and Guests who meet the requirements will be allowed to enter.
  4. For preventive measures against COVID-19 infection, Graduates and Guests with these following statuses are not allowed to attend:
      • Confirmed case;
      • Suspected case;
      • Close contact; and
      • Person under surveillance.
  5. Graduates and Guests are required to always adhere to the SOP. This includes wearing double masks and observing physical distancing throughout the ceremony to ensure everyone’s safety and to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
