28th Convocation Ceremony
Congratulations on completing your studies! To celebrate your achievement, we will be holding the 28th Convocation at the Merdeka Hall, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur on 26-29 October 2024.
Please take note of the following information:

- Graduation status and the list of sessions will be available at the 28th Convocation Portal according to the following details:

- Your personal details will be recorded on your certificate and transcript. So, you must
visit myOUM>Student Profile>Biodata and check these details:
- The spelling of your name must be the same as in your identity card
- Matriculation number
- Gender; and
- Nationality
If changes need to be made, write to muhamadomar@oum.edu.my and attach a copy of your identity card or passport no later than 31 March 2024. You need to pay a fee for changes made after this date.
- The convocation fee is RM400 for all graduates.
- Please refer to myAcademic Progress in myOUM to determine the status of your studies.
- You can take part in only the Convocation for which your name is listed. This means postponements are not allowed.
- You can take part in the Convocation only if you have settled all fees, including convocation fees.
- Please regularly refer to the 28th Convocation portal to read the latest information, download relevant information, and take the necessary actions to avoid any problems or complications.
