  1. Please bring along your identity card (myKad)/driving licence/student card for information check when you return the academic robe.
  2. The academic robe set must be returned in person and in good and complete form according to the schedule above.
  3. Scroll & Transcript will be given after the academic robe has been returned in good and complete condition.
  4. Follow the steps below:
    • Disrobe in the 3rd floor lobby.
    • Queue up to enter Bilik Redang.
    • Place all item of the academic robe items in the container provided at Bilik Redang.
    • Wait at the transcript and scroll counter until your name is called.
  5. Graduates are not allowed to return the academic robe to their Learning Centre or by post.
  6. If the robe is to be returned through a representative, he or she must bring along a photocopy of the graduate’s identity card or student card for confirmation.
  7. A fine will be imposed for any item which is lost, according to the price stated by the supplier. Please abide by the return schedule to avoid having to pay a fine.
  8. Follow the COVID-19 SOP at all times to ensure the safety of all those present.
