  1. Please bring along your identity card (myKad)/driving licence/student card for information check when you return the academic robe.
  2. The academic robe set must be returned in person and in good and complete form according to the schedule above.
  3. Place each item of the academic robe set into the containers provided in the return room and ensure that the details of the return are updated.
  4. Graduates are not allowed to return the academic robe to their Learning Centre or by post.
  5. If the robe is to be returned through a representative, he or she must bring along a photocopy of the graduate’s identity card or student card for confirmation.
  6. Graduan yang belum mengambil transkrip dan skrol, ianya HANYA AKAN DISERAHKAN SELEPAS PAKAIAN AKADEMIK DIKEMBALIKAN DALAM KEADAAN BAIK DAN LENGKAP.
  7. A fine will be imposed for any item which is lost, according to the price stated by the supplier. Please abide by the return schedule to avoid having to pay a fine.
  8. Follow the COVID-19 SOP at all times to ensure the safety of all those present.
